Updated writing flow

I still think too much about stuff, instead of just doing something.

For example writing posts. I have a lot of ideas but something was holding me back. I’ve already completed the #100DaysToOffload one time. And I thought I’ve found a good Flow on writing posts. But there is always room for improvement.

I’m a heavy notion user for some years now. My aim was, to write blog posts there and then transfer them into the blog engine. Later I discovered write.as and I wrote my posts their. Sadly, I had and still have some issues with the iOS App. For publishing, it is fine. But writing there feels a bit strange, the app itself is quite minimal. Which was a blocker for me in the past months.

Most of my blog posts were created on the desktop browser. Only some were written inside the app or not written. Just wrote the structure of the post and some notes. The post itself was always completed in the desktop browser. Because it was the most convenient way.

Now, i discovered Obsidian again. As a heavy Notion user, there are too many things missing from Obsidian to migrate. I’ve tried it a few times but failed each try. But now I’ve found a good use case. Writing my write.as post their. The iOS app is awesome and works great for it. Writing markdown in Notion never felt good. That’s why I landed on write.as. Now I landed on Obsidian and publish on write.as. Now I can have a good WX? (Writing Experience) on both, mobile and desktop. I can work on both platforms on the same post.

Finally, some point's that bothered me while using the write.as app.

I could have create bug tickets for the issues. Now that I write it out, maybe I will. 🤔
